Founded in 2001, Pexion Group Nigeria currently manage schemes in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Kano we have circa 480 units under management, ranging from luxurious residential apartment blocks, to modern purpose built contemporary developments, to mixed use regeneration projects.

Our aim is to deliver a first class service to all developers, landlords and residents, from conception, to handover, to after care and management.

It is our belief that communication is the basis for a successful relationship and therefore we always consult with clients before reviewing service charges or embarking upon major works.

We provide access to information regarding each property and regularly liaise with recognised residents groups.

Independently audited accounts will be sent to all lessees and supporting invoices/receipts are available for inspection.

It is our practice on larger developments to also provide a comprehensive information pack to all residents.
